Starter (A$49/month) and Business (A$99/month) have no setup fee and no lock-in contract. Custom builds carry a one-off project quote agreed in writing before work begins. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time.
Use the self-service Stripe billing portal linked in your receipt emails, or email us. Your page stays active until the end of the current paid billing month and is not charged again. Your text and photos remain yours.
Starter includes hosting, up to 500 AI front desk conversations per month, summarized email enquiries, and up to 2 small content edits per month. Business adds your own domain, up to 6 small content edits per month, and a free monthly enquiry summary. Your monthly fee mainly covers keeping your page running and the AI front desk.
Starter publishes your page at liseums.com/<your-name>. On Business and Custom builds, connect a domain you already have, or register a new one. It stays in your own name, so you always control it, and you pay the yearly domain fee to your registrar; it isn't part of your plan. You change one DNS setting, and we guide you through it.
Every page is available in English and Chinese. The AI front desk replies in English on the English page and in Chinese on the Chinese page, using the approved business details for your page.
